I do know Air Canada usually have Toronto/Montreal as their stops/layovers/connections but there's also Edmonton/Toronto. http://www.aircanada.ca/ WestJet - the same with Toronto. http://www.westjet.com/ I can think of direct flights from Vancouver is to some places in the U.S.A like Honolulu, Hawaii and that's not even in the Caribbean except a few U.S. territories but none direct, I think.
