I have a Caricom passport(Grenada) does this mean I can travel to any Caribbean island without a Visa?
Can someone explain it to me without technical jargon.

On your Grenada CARICOM passport you may stay as tourist without a visa in:
Anguilla (3m); Antigua & Barbuda (6m); Aruba (30d); Barbados (6m); Belize (1m); Bermuda (6m); British Virgin Islands (30d); Cayman Islands (30d); Cuba (60d); Dominica (6m); Dominican Republic (extensible tourist card [30d/10US$; 90d/DOP 62.40]); Guyana (3m); Haiti (3m); Jamaica (6m); Montserrat (3m); Netherlands Antilles (3m); St. Kitts & Nevis (6m); St. Lucia (6w); St. Vincent & the Grenadines (6m); Suriname (3m); Trinidad & Tobago (6m); Turks & Caicos Islands (30d)
[d=days; w=weeks; m=months].
A visa is required for: the French West Indies [Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy], Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
