What king of permission does a Dominican Republic citizen need to travel out of his/her country?
I know they need special permission to travel abroad, but I cannot locate any information on this.
Also, what does a Dominican need to do to plan on moving to United States besides applying for US Citizenship? What does a person have to do within the Dominican Republic to be allowed to move?
